Company’s History

Chief Ojimba Ifeanyi Felix is a 1997 graduate of Statistics from the Abia State University, Uturu. Chief Ojimba did his compulsory National Youth Service Corps Programme in 1998 and was posted to Bauchi State – his place of primary assignment was Federal Government Secondary School, Azare, Bauchi State.

Chief Ojimba, after his National Youth Service programme joined his father’s company – The Envoy Group in 1999 as the Executive Director. The Group’s subsidiaries include Envoy Oil Industries Ltd, Envoy Bureau De Change Ltd, Envoy Real Estate, Limo Plastic Industries Ltd, Ojimba Anyoha and Sons Ltd, etc. He rose to the position of Managing Director of Envoy Group in 2009. The Envoy Group employs over 800 staffs.

In 2002, while still working as an Executive Director in Envoy Group, Chief Ojimba founded the Transtell Group which gave birth to Transtell Ventures Nig. Ltd, Transtell Communication (Nig) Ltd, De-Vino Global Industries Ltd, Transtell Oil and Gas and Transtell Hospitality Ltd, etc. Transtell Group has interests in vegetable oil manufacturing, telecommunications, oil and gas, real estate and also in the hospitality industry. The Transtell Group has a staff strength of over 600 workers and Chief Ojimba Felix is the founding Chairman/C.E.O of the group.
